
Bri Vieke (Co-chair)
Bri was born, raised, and currently resides in Madison County, Indiana. She studied Health Science at Ball State University and is the Executive Director at the Anderson Education Foundation. She also does consulting for a pharmaceutical company that specializes in rare disease. Bri is very passionate about the Madison County community. She is a 2016 graduate of the Leadership Academy, serves on the Community Chef’s event committee and volunteers for various service organizations. Bri was a celebrity dancer in the 2018 Dancing Like the Stars event and is excited to serve on the DLTS committee for the third year, and this year as co-chair! Bri is married to John, who is a deputy on the Madison County Sheriff’s Department and they have a beautiful daughter, Emma.

Denise Miller
Denise Miller 53, has lived in Anderson all her life, she was a 2017 participant of DLTS. Denise wanted to give back and join the Committee to help with this wonderful event. She is co-owner with husband Tim of Miller’s Cabinetry Design and works at Gray’s Design Studio in Anderson and fitness instructor at Anderson YMCA. This is Denise's 4th year on the Dancing Like the Stars Committee.

Taffanie McGhee
Taffanie McGhee 448 is an Anderson native, hair and eye fashion artist. This is her fourth year with Dancing like the Stars and chaired the event in 2019 & 2020. "I wanted to give back and join the Committee to help with this wonderful event." Taffanie has been in employed with the State of Indiana Department of Child Services for seven years and is a fitness instructor at Anderson YMCA. One of her passions is serving her community, she has coordinated several fund raisers and church community events.

Kay Anderson
For as long as she can remember, dancing has been apart of Kay’s life. She started when she was four years old dancing with Miss Ann Harmeson and continued as her assistant during her high school years. With the reopening of the historic Paramount Theatre in 1995, she initiated the ballroom dance instruction and coordinated the dance program. She has assisted with the dance instruction for 25 years and has been involved with various fundraising events including the Dancing Like the Stars, of which she founded.
Her career also included teaching in the public schools for 34 years.
She is currently involved with the 13th annual Dancing Like the Stars fundraising event for the Paramount Theatre Center and Ballroom and is a member of the Board of Directors. She is a former floral designer at Ousley’s Harvest Gardens in Alexandria. She is married to Steve Anderson, a retired teacher, and they have two adult children, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Kay encourages everyone to CHOOSE TO DANCE.

Eddy Houk
Eddy Houk was born and raised in Anderson. He is a graduate of Highland High School. He and he his wife, Michelle, have 1 son, Tyler, who attends Liberty Christian School. Live Audio and Production work has always been an interest for Eddy. Shortly after high school, he formed BigFish Audio. This hobby provides DJ and live audio production. He has now been in the production industry for over 20 years. He has worked with many artists, including Terri Clark, The Oak Ridge Boys, The Nelons, The Martins, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Steven Curtis Chapman and Josh Turner. He has traveled with bluegrass gospel group, The Isaacs, as road manager and Front-of-House engineer and with Madison County’s own, Gaither Vocal Band, as Front-of-House engineer. The Paramount has always had a special place in Eddy’s heart. His father was a projectionist here and his brother was one of the last organists to play the Grand Page Pipe Organ. Eddy served as the Technical Director at the theater for several years before leaving to travel with the Gaither’s. Currently, Eddy works for Majestic Productions. Eddy is the Producer and Lighting Designer for Dancing like the Stars. |

Debbie Andis
Deborah Hilderbrand Andis earned her BS and Master Degrees in Choral General Music Education with a minor in Music Therapy and a focus in voice and double bass from Ball State University and was a 4 year member of the “Ball State University Singers”, SAI Professional Music and AOPi Philanthropic Sororities. During her years of teaching, Debbie was the Director of Choral Activities at Highland High School for 14 years where choirs under her direction received top awards at ISSMA, and show choirs consistently placed in the top six groups, earned caption awards, and named grand champions at competitions throughout Indiana and the U.S. She has also served as Choral Director at ACS Middle Schools, and as an Elementary Music Specialist. Debbie served as a contract faculty member of the Ball State University School of Music serving as the Assistant Director of the “Ball State University Singers”.
Debbie enjoys holding workshops with choirs during their show preparation, judging show choir competitions throughout the Midwest, served as music director for Highland Middle School’s Musicals, as well as choreographing for other area schools. She has served as a clinician for the ISU Summer Show Choir Camp, directed the Illinois State Vocal Jazz Ensemble, assisted in forming a new show choir in Bridgeport, WV, judged the WVMEA State Show Choir Finals, and has been featured as guest soloist for the Madison County Director’s Band at the ISSMA State Convention. Her three granddaughters, Hadleigh, Presley, and Amelia are her sparkling pride and joy!

As a retired teacher of Anderson Community Schools, Mary Jackson has been on the "Dancing Like the Stars" committee since its onset. Since the beginning, she has been in charge of voting. A graduate of Indiana University, she has taught Russian, French, and special education. She loves to travel and especially enjoyed traveling four years ago to Minsk, Belarus, where she substitute taught in a kindergarten class, for two and a half months. Mary's granddaughter, who majored in dance at the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, gave her a special appreciation of dancing. Mary and her husband Bob enjoy spending time with their three children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Ivy Walsh grew up in Pendleton and attended Indiana University. Ivy and her husband Bob reside in Yorktown. They have three children, Austin, Olivia, and Evan. Which keep her busy! As the Brand & Creative Services Specialist at Community Hospital Anderson, she works on the Marketing & Communications team creating graphic design for the hospital. She is a lifelong lover of all forms of art, from discovering dance as a small child to teaching dance as a young woman. Ivy went on to major in fine art and design in school. She enjoys painting, drawing, and ceramics in her spare time. She loves animals and has a zoo at home of four dogs and three cats. Ivy is a member of Anderson Noon Exchange Club and serves on their board of directors.

Lindsey Pancol Madinger serves as Director of Development for the Ivy Tech Community College Anderson campus. In her role as Director, Lindsey is able to partner and work closely with donors, community and business leaders to invest in Ivy Tech to build stronger communities and a better Indiana.
As an active member of her community, Lindsey currently serves as chair of the Women in Philanthropy committee, she is a member of the Anderson Noon Rotary Club, the Madison County Women’s Democrat Club, and Circle of Ivy; an Ivy Tech women’s philanthropic organization. She also volunteers her time with various local organizations and events including serving on the Madison County Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner committee and the Mayor’s Ball for Education committee.

Rita Byanski serves as a Project Coordinator and joined the St. Vincent team in August 2007. She earned her degree in Public Relations from Purdue University and has been active in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life for over 15 years. She is a proud mother of 2 amazing daughters, has THE perfect granddaughter and attends Anderson Church of the Brethren.
